hallo michi ich mache das brot erst nächste woche  ich schätze mal 5% backverlustsind 900 gr.gebacken ungefähr. lies es dir nochmal durch. ich hatte mich versehen es ist nur ein brot u. nicht 4 wie ich geschrieben hatte. ist berichtigt. liebe grüsse thomas
